Monthly Hydrological Bulletin: November, 2021

The hydrological flow situation from November 1^st to 30^th, 2021 in Upper Niger was characterized by a recession due to onset of dry season. On the other hand, in the Inner Delta, the Middle Niger and Lower Niger all experienced moderate increased in flows under the influence of the Guinean flood.

The filling of the Sélingué dam in Mali and Kainji dam in Nigeria have started respectively during the second and third decades of July. The Sélingué dam has reached its normal level while Kainji dam was at 94.4%.
