November 2023 Monthly Bulletin

The hydrological situation in November 2023 was characterized by continuing decreasing flow at the Upper Niger and Lower Niger sub-basins due to the onset of low flow situation. While, there were increasing flow at the Inner Delta and the Middle Niger sub-basins due to the arrival of the Guinean flood.

The filling of the Sélingué water reservoirs in Mali and Kainji in Nigeria had both reach normal water levels.
