Monthly Hydrological Bulletin: January 2021

The hydrological situation of January 2021 is characterized by the continuation of low water levels in the Upper and in the Lower Niger; while the Guinean flood began to decline in mid-January in Middle Niger in Niamey.

As for the structuring dams of Selingué in Mali and Kainji in Nigeria, they are discharging to support downstream flows.
