Monthy Hydroogical Buetin October 2021

The hydrological flow situation from October 1^st to 31^st, 2021 in Upper and Lower Niger were characterized by a recession due to the end of the rainy season. On the other hand, in the Inner Delta and the Middle Niger we are witnessing a continued rise in flows under the influence of the Guinean flood.
